To reheat cold rice you can add some ice cubes to the cold rice or add some water to the cold rice and then microwave the cold rice for 1 minute to 2 minutes.
Reheat the cold rice for 1 minute at a time and make sure it's not drying out and then add a bit more water to the rice if needed and reheat the rice for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Then I reheat the rice in the microwave for 1 minute which is usually enough.
