Engorgement of the breast should go away on it's own within 2 weeks.

However you can pump the breast milk down to help relieve the engorgement.

I would recommend pumping at least a baby bottle size full from each breast to help relieve the engorgement.

The larger size baby bottles would be enough of the milk to pump from your breasts to relieve the breast engorgement.

So pump two baby bottles of breast milk meaning one from each breast and the engorgement of the breasts should be relieved enough.

However if the engorgement of the breast is not relieved enough for you by then you can pump some more breast milk out to relieve the breast engorgement.
