The plants that were discovered by Lewis and Clark are Black greasewood, Blue flax, Buffaloberry, Curly-top gumweed, Fringed sagebrush, Gumbo evening primrose, Indian tobacco and Lanceleaf sage.
As for the animals that Lewis and Clark discovered those were the pronghorn antelopes, bighorn sheep, black tailed deer, mountain beaver, white weasel, mountain goat, coyote and various species of rabbit, squirrel, fox and wolf.
