When should you worry about a child's temperature?

What temperature is too dangerous when a child has a fever and at what temperature should you be worried and take the child to the emergency room?

If your child has a temperature of 100 F or more then you should call a doctor or get to the emergency room especially if the child's temperature doesn't go back down soon.

Having too high of a fever can actually cause damage to the brain and a high fever should be taken seriously.
