Baby diapers are made to fit a baby or toddlers body which is a lot smaller and different than an adults body so I doubt that any adult would be able to fit into any size disposable baby diaper.
Why not just get some adult sized disposable diapers? They make adult sized disposable diapers for adults who need them for incontinence.
