Not all stop lights or traffic lights have traffic light cameras because it's not really feasible for all of them to have them.
Some places have decided against having traffic light cameras because they actually can cause more accidents with people trying to stop too early to avoid a traffic light violation ticket as in running the red light.
If the traffic light has a camera it will usually be very visible at the top of the traffic light pointing down towards the road and vehicles.
But still always be very cautious when driving and don't try to beat a red light because it could end up in you getting hit and possibly killed or injured.
When you see the light turning orange from green be sure to slow down and don't try to beat that light.
A cop could see you and ticket you then as well.
