Does typing cause carpal tunnel syndrome?

Typing on the keyboard or using a computer mouse doesn't actually cause the Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.

When you type on the keyboard or use a mouse it leads to tendinitis or bursitis which then leads to narrowing the carpal tunnel in your wrists and that then causes the carpal tunnel syndrome.

So in a way typing does cause carpal tunnel syndrome but it's not a direct cause of carpal tunnel syndrome.
