Can periods restart after menopause?

If you're bleeding after you've experienced menopause then that would not be your period but instead it would be postmenopausal bleeding or spotting which can occur after you go through menopause.

Menopause happens 12 months after your last period occurs and any spotting or bleeding that happens after that is just postmenopausal bleeding and it should always be checked out by a doctor.
