What store gives the most cash back on debit card?

Some Stores that offer cash back on debit cards are Staples, Rite-Aid, Walgreens, Whole Foods and Best Buy and all the stores limit you to $20.00 per each time you swipe your card and use the debit card for purchases at the store.

I've never known any stores to offer more than $20.00 cash back due to availability of the cash in the drawers.

Aldi 

Aldi allows up to $100.00 cash back.

Albertsons. 

The store Albertsons allows from $100.00 to $300.00 cash back depending on the stores and availability of cash.

Food Lion. 

Food lion store allows up to $200.00 cash back with use of a debit card and if you use a check they allow up to $50.00 cash back.

Kroger. 

The store Kroger allows up to $100.00 cash back with a debit card.

Safeway. 

Safeway allows cash back up to $200.00 on debit card purchases.

Ralphs. 

Ralphs allows up to $200.00 cash back on debit card purchases.
