11 year old boy wearing Huggies Little Movers Diapers and treated like a baby

I'm 11 and have to wear Huggies little movers diapers 24/7 because i can't control my bladder my parents still treat me like a baby.

 Once we went around a friends house and i had wet my self so my mom got a clean Huggies Little Movers  diaper and changed me in front of everyone it was really humiliating.

But I secretly like it.
