It's safe to sleep after having a seizure since most people will be tired after having a seizure but if you or someone has a seizure and wants to sleep it's recommended the person who's had the seizure sleep on the floor or somewhere where they won't fall and get injured.
During a seizure and especially a severe seizure you should seek medical attention since some seizures can be fatal if not treated.
