My name is Ron Cramer, and I have loved pets since I was a child. I am particularly fond of axolotls, which are quirky amphibians that I fell in love with at first sight. Axolotls are neotenic salamanders, which means that they retain their larval features into adulthood. They have feathery gills, webbed feet, and a long, slender body. They are also known for their playful personalities and their ability to regenerate lost limbs.
