I don't take any CBD oil myself but it's recommended that for those who do take CBD oil that they take between 20 and 1,500 milligrams (mg) per day of the CBD oil.
Anymore than 1,500 milligrams of CBD oil may cause health issues but as long as you keep to no more than 1,500 milligrams of CBD oil per day you should be safe.
CBD oil has been shown to be good for treating and possibly preventing ailments such as Lupus, arthritis, cancer etc.
So just take what is required and don't overdose on it because it may mess with your health and make your health worse.
