To remove toxins the Japanese soak their feet in a mixture of baking soda, sea salt, essential oil and apple cider vinegar.

To make the Japanese foot soak mixture simply mix together 1/2 cup of sea salt, 1/2 cup of baking soda, some essential oil of your choice and 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar.

Mix the ingredients together well until the ingredients are dissolved in warm water.

Then dip your feet into the mixture and keep your feet in the mixture for 30 minutes.

You can also flush out toxins from your body by drinking plenty of water and eating foods such as onions, garlic, broccoli and other high sulfur foods to help draw toxins out of the body.

Other foods that remove toxins from the body are soy, Flaxseeds, Yogurt, Blueberries, Crucifers and Turmeric.

Drinking green tea daily also removes toxins and is a great antioxidant drink.

You can also detox your body by drinking celery juice and other vegetable and natural fruit juices.
