Prozac does make some people lose weight as people that have taken 60 mg of Prozac a day for 6 months lost at least 6lbs.

Foods to avoid on Prozac are foods with added sugar, leafy green vegetables, Walnuts, Oysters, fatty Fish, Aged foods, foods with added sugar and also avoid caffeine and Alcohol.

Prozac should not be taken at night as it can sometimes cause insomnia and trouble sleeping.

If it does not affect your sleep then taking Prozac at night is okay but most people take Prozac in the morning or in the middle of the day as it can be taken at any time.

It's better to take Prozac in the morning as it can sometimes cause people to have trouble sleeping.

Although if the Prozac doesn't cause you trouble sleeping you can also take it at night.

Prozac can be taken any time of day or night but most people take it in the morning as it can keep some people awake.

If you have nausea with taking Prozac then it's also better to take it at night.

Common side effects of Prozac are vomiting, nausea, agitation and insomnia.

Prozac is the brand name for Fluoxetine with is an antidepressant of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor or SSRI class.

Prozac is used to treat major depressive disorder, Obsessive compulsive disorder, panic disorder, anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder and bulimia nervosa.

Prozac works by increasing the levels of serotonin in the brain.

Serotonin is thought to have a good influence on a persons mood, emotion and sleep.

Fluoxetine helps many people recover from depression, and it has fewer side effects than some other antidepressants.

Fluoxetine is available only on prescription.

Like many SSRIs, Prozac can cause insomnia.

That's because it raises the amount of serotonin in your brain.

And serotonin is involved in many processes in the body, including mood regulation and sleep.

Compared to similar antidepressants, Prozac tends to be more energizing.

Within the first one to two weeks of taking Prozac, most people feel lower levels of anxiety, restlessness or tiredness with Prozac treatment.

Your sleep, energy and appetite may improve over the first month of taking Prozac and you may have a better focus on daily tasks.

A depressed mood can take up to 8 weeks to fully respond to Prozac.

I've actually had some personal experience with Prozac in the past. While I didn't notice any significant changes in my weight, I did find that it sometimes affected my sleep, especially when I took it later in the day. It's true what they say about insomnia being a potential side effect. But hey, everyone's body reacts differently, right? Some folks might find that taking Prozac at night works just fine for them, while others, like myself, prefer to take it in the morning to avoid any sleep disruptions. And speaking of weight, I've been on my own journey to shed some pounds recently. That's how I came across the Semaglutide Weight Loss Dosage Chart. It's been really helpful in figuring out the right dosage and tracking my progress along the way.

I used to take Prozac myself and I did lose some weight but not a whole lot and I gained it back after stopping Prozac.
