Prozac does sometimes effect your emotions as a reported side effect of Prozac is blunting which is where a person feels emotionally dull and no longer finds things as pleasurable as they used to.

The signs that Prozac is working is when you feel lower levels of tiredness, restlessness, anxiety and are less depressed or anxious.
