Joint pain all over the body can be a sign of cancer so I would get it checked out by a doctor as soon as possible to rule that out.

Hopefully it's not cancer but if it is cancer and the cancer is caught and treated early enough it can likely be cured.

Other things it could be though which would be less serious are rheumatoid arthritis or Osteoarthritis.

Joint is the place where two bones in your body meet and provides motion to your body. The ligaments attach bone to bone in the joint. The joint pain is also known as arthralgia and it refers to the discomfort that is caused in the body’s joints as a result of an injury, illness, due to weak bones, or it may even be due to the inflammation in the ligaments.

Neuropathy Solutions

An injury in the joint can affect the bone, ligament, cartilage etc. One has to be very careful and needs to take medical help if there is severe pain in the joints. Joint pains can also be due to illness such as arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis etc. In rare cases, joint pains can also be due to cancer in the joints.
