If you're getting at least a minimum of 2,000 daily unique website visitors and you want to increase your adsense earnings you should try different ad placements.
Look on google for an Adsense heat map that will show the best ad placements.
Use responsive ads if you're not already and make sure your website design is mobile friendly since a lot of website visitors today are viewing from mobile devices.
