Is there a cold enough temperature that you shouldn't venture outside in?

At what temperature would it be too cold to be outside in and you should stay inside where it's warm?

People go outside and work in below freezing temperatures all the time.

But I would recommend staying inside mostly when the temperature is below freezing if possible. If you do go outside or need to go outside then make sure you come back inside to warm up often and If the temperatures are below freezing I wouldn't recommend staying out any longer than 30 minutes at a time.

Staying outside in the freezing temperatures for too long can cause you to develop hypothermia and if you think you or someone has hypothermia get them or yourself into a warm place and call 911 since hypothermia is an emergency.
