Yes underneath the top access panel there should be a red reset button that you push back in.
It's located on the thermostat. You will need to shut the breaker off to the water heater before the button will depress in.
Shut the power off anyway to prevent electrocution. After shutting the power off at the breaker panel then unscrew the top access panel and then press the button.
Put the access panel back on and then turn the breaker back on and listen to see if water is heating up.
