Should we get rid of the death Penalty?

I'm against the death penalty. It's wrong and sometimes they execute innocent people.

How is murdering someone for murdering someone right?

If I murder someone it's against the law and I either get locked up for the rest of my life or get killed by the death penalty?

Two Wrongs Don't make a right.

Yes the Death Penalty Should Be Abolished. It doesn't deter crime and like you said it does indeed kill innocent people.
