Are store cashiers the next disappearing job?

With all these self checkouts going into stores do you think that eventually there will be no more cashier jobs to be had?

What do you think of self checkouts?

I hope the cashier jobs don't all disappear since I hate using those self checkout machines and will go to a live cashier when I'm in the store.

I do think eventually though maybe 5 or 10 years from now that sadly those cashier jobs for the major stores will be gone.

There will likely still be cashier jobs for awhile anyway for convenience stores and other small mom and pop local businesses.
