When you don't get the required amount of sleep your body doesn't work like it's supposed to.

Your body needs sleep to recharge itself and refresh your brain.

Not getting enough sleep can cause you to not be as alert, slow your reaction time and cause slurred speech and makes you irritable and unable to focus on tasks.

You may easily forget something or do something wrong.
