In November we gain an hour of sleep.

When it comes to Daylight Savings Time we change the clocks to an hour backwards which means that it will be an hour difference.

So if your clock normally says 10:00 AM then it would say 9:00 AM

With Daylight Savings Time an easy way to remember how we change the clocks is to remember it as in the spring we spring forward and in the fall we fall back an hour.

So in the spring we change our clocks ahead one hour and in the Fall or November we change our clocks so it's an hour behind.

We don't really gain any more time switching the clocks but it just seems like it.

I just wish we would stop with this Daylight Saving's Time because there's really no point too it.
