Hazelnut butter or hazelnut spread is healthy just like peanut butter is healthy but peanut butter is much healthier than hazelnut spread is.

Hazelnut spread contains more calories and less protein than peanut butter.

A 2 tablespoon serving of hazelnut spread contains 200 calories while the same serving of peanut butter contains only 188 calories and much more protein as well as well as fewer carbohydrates.

Hazelnut butter is healthy for you in moderation.

But too much hazelnut butter could be bad for your health and cause weight gain and may clog your arteries.

But in moderation hazelnut butter is okay to eat and you may get some health benefits from it.

I like to spread some hazelnut butter on some bread and make a hazelnut butter sandwich which is very delicious and a healthy snack.

Hazelnut butter is also okay to eat when on a weight loss diet and you can also eat hazelnut butter in moderation on a Keto diet as well.

Just don't overdo it and you'll be okay.

Both Hazelnut Paste and Hazelnut Butter are made from the same ingredients using a mix of hazel nuts and sugar syrup.

So that makes the Hazelnut Paste and Hazelnut Butter the same thing however hazelnut paste and hazelnut butter have a slightly different taste from each other.

When making hazelnut paste the hazelnuts are roasted in caramel before they are processed and turned into paste so that makes the hazelnut paste sweeter tasting than hazelnut butter.

Hazelnut Butter does not go through the roasting process in caramel before being processed into the hazelnut butter.

The only difference you'll notice between the hazelnut paste and the hazelnut butter when making recipes is the taste.

But essentially hazelnut butter and hazelnut paste are the same thing using the same ingredients.
