Is it common that inside the house is colder than outside temperature?

Right now outside temperature is 65 F. But inside the temp feels cooler than that although my indoor thermometer says it's 70 F inside.

It feels more like 45 F in the house.

The reason it feels cooler in your house even though the temperature says it's warmer is the humidity.

Yes humidity can make it feel cooler just like humidity can make the temperature feel hotter.

The room really isn't cooler it's just your body feeling the cooler temperature due to the humidity in the room.
