Why do I have a fear of throwing up?

For some reason I have this fear of throwing up and always try to avoid throwing up when I can't really stop the throwing up.

Anyone else have a fear of throwing up and what can I do about my fear of throwing up?

I used to have that same fear of throwing up when I was a teenager but now it seems to have just gone away on it's own.

There's probably not much you can do to calm your fear of throwing up and we all throw up and can't really stop throwing up.

Many other people have this same fear of throwing up so you're not alone.
