Should iphone charger get hot?

My Iphone charger gets hot when the Iphone is charging. Is it normal for the Iphone charger to get hot?

The charger might get a little warm and that's pretty normal. But if it get's really hot then something is wrong and I'd unplug it and have it checked out or get a new Iphone charger.
