How long do Circuit Breaker electrical Load Centers Last?

My circuit Breaker Panel "load center" in my house is dated October 18th 1993. That means it's 23 going on 24 years old.

It looks very dated and the breakers sometimes get warm to the touch.

Should I be looking at replacing this electrical load center soon?

The load center itself could last 100 years or more. But if it's dated it can get hard and expensive finding circuit breakers that go into the box.

Also if someone has a fed pacific box then they should replace it as it's a fire waiting to happen.

They were banned years ago.
