A human can bite through a bone as long as the bone is soft enough and softer than the humans jaw bone.
The human jaw bone is pretty soft and weak in itself so it would be impossible for a human to bite through another human bone or another animal bone such as a chicken bone, dog bone etc.
The human jaw bone would break first or the teeth would even break first before the human was able to bite through the bone.
It would not be a good idea to try and chew a bone because you'll likely break your jaw bone or injure or break your teeth.
If the bone is a small thin bone then you might be able to bite through it.
But larger bones you cannot.
Dogs have a stronger Jaw Bone than humans so that is one reason they can eat and chew and bite through bones and humans cannot.
