If you cook the Linguica sausage in a smoker grill then it may take 3 hours or longer depending on how well done you like it as well.
On the grill it takes around 30 to 40 minutes to fully cook the Linguica Sausage.
Be sure to flip the Linguica sausage over every 5 to 10 minutes so that the Linguica sausage cooks fully.
You can cut a slit in the Linguica or cut it in half and see if it looks cooked all the way through.
If not then you need to cook it a bit longer.
