Can you lose weight by walking?

If I walk everyday can I lose weight from just walking everyday?

Walking is a very good and safe way of losing weight. You should walk at least 30 minutes everyday to lose weight.

Walking is also good for your heart health as well.

Walking everyday has also shown to increase a persons longevity and help prevent diabetes.
