A toilet should last a very long time. A toilet might get cracked or might get calcium built up in it and cause it to not flush correctly but other than that the toilet should last 100 years or more.
But you'll likely be replacing it sooner if you do any remodeling on your bathroom and I'm sure remodeling will be done sooner than 100 years.
