How to stay in shape while working at a desk job?

I work a desk job and can only get up to take restroom breaks and my lunch break.

How can I stay fit and healthy when I'm sitting for 8 hours a day at my desk?

You can buy one of those pedal exercisers that you can sit near your desk or maybe under your desk if there's enough room and pedal the pedal exercisers while sitting at your desk doing your work.

This will keep your legs moving and your blood flowing correctly.

If your office has someone get people coffee then volunteer to get up and go get the coffee for them.

That's a great way to keep moving.
