Yeast infections usually are not very serious and most types of yeast infections do clear up on their own without medical treatment.

You can soak in a bath of warm water and apple cider vinegar to help clear up the yeast infection.

Fill the bathtub with warm water and add a cup or two of apple cider vinegar to the warm bath water and soak in the apple cider vinegar bath water for 30 minutes per day everyday until the yest infection clears up.

When I had a yeast infection and soaked in the bath water and apple cider vinegar the yeast infection went away after 5 days.

Before I did the apple cider vinegar bath my yeast infections would last a few weeks and sometimes as long as a month.

If the yeast infection doesn't clear up within a week or two then you might need to see a doctor and get some yeast infection cream that you can get by prescription which is stronger than over the counter creams for the yeast infection.

Usually though other creams for fungus can work but sometimes you might need a stronger cream to get rid of the yeast infection.
