Aloe Vera plants can be eaten but there is a poisonous part of the Aloe Vera plant that should be removed before you eat it.
Although I would not recommend eating Aloe Vera plant as it's not very good to eat although it's supposed to provide health benefits.
I tried Aloe Vera plant once and it was not very tasty but the Aloe Vera Gel and other skin products are good to use and keep your skin healthy.
Aloe Vera plants can be toxic to some humans especially if you have other health issues so I would not recommend eating it.
But if you do be sure to remove the poisonous part of the Aloe Vera plant before eating it and make sure you're eating the actual Aloe Vera plant and not another poisonous plant like a Vlogger did on video.
