Yes when you make clams and eat clams there might be some poop inside the clams organs when you eat them.
The poop you ingest is not harmful to your health and although it sounds disgusting you really cannot taste it or really see any poop until you actually eat the clam.
You eat the clam whole with all it's organs etc intact so you can be eating some clam poop and other waste products from the clam.
Most people don't even know they are eating clam poop when they eat clams but my brother told me that before and I researched it and it's true.
But I never taste any clam poop or see the poop from the clam and I continue to eat and enjoy clams because they are delicious.
