Some court martial cases can be challenged by the Supreme Court but due to a law that went into place in 1983 most other cases of court martial convictions cannot be challenged.

It's never a good thing when someone gets court martial in the war because it means that you did a serious offense within the war.

You can face 15 to 25 years in prison or even in some cases life in prison due to a court martial.

Never do anything that could land you a court martial because the outcome will not be great at all.

When you get court martial for the offense the punishment will depend on the seriousness of the offense you did to get court martial.

The punishments include prison time confinement, a dishonorable or bad-conduct discharge for enlisted personnel, a dismissal for officers, or a number of other lesser forms of punishment.

In some cases the death penalty may be the punishment for court martial.
