I don't see how just wearing and wetting a diaper all the time could cause someone to become incontinent or lose bladder control.
I guess you might weaken your bladder muscles by urinating right away instead of holding it. But I'm sure that can be reversed.
But think about it. Babies and most toddlers up to even 4 years old wear and wet diapers all the time and if diapers made someone incontinent it would be impossible for a baby or toddler to ever stop wearing diapers and be able to hold in their urine.
So I gotta say no wearing and using diapers can't make you incontinent.
