I have a 1 year old website and I want to get my website to rank on googles search engines first page?

How can I get my new 1 year old website to rank for keywords on the first page of google?

Getting a website to rank on first page of google isn't easy. And unless you're an seo expert and can write your blog posts or website articles with enough long tail keywords and place them in the right place then you'll have a hard time getting on the first page of google with a new website.

Getting search engine traffic to a website and getting on the first page of google search consistently takes time and hard work.

Once your website gets past 5 years of being online then google will trust your website more and give you a better ranking for those keywords.

Google filters out spam websites and that's why google doesn't want to give new websites a good ranking just yet.

They want to know that your website was put online to stay online and is a trustworthy website.

I have some websites ranking on the first page of google for some keywords and I did nothing but write the content, putting the keywords in the right place and letting the time pass.

After 5 years my website shows up on google search on the first page of google every time I search for the keyword.

But in the beginning the website didn't show up on the first page even though it was indexed.

So have patience and just work hard and give it time. You should rank eventually.

Remember the saying. "Slow and steady wins the race" it works in this race as well.

Give it time. Over the years your website should start ranking higher in the search engines.

You also need good back links to your website. The more good back links to your website the better google trusts your website.

My other website http://webmasterbabble.com webmaster forum has started ranking on the first page for keywords after 5 years of the webmaster forum being online. "Webmasterbabble.com" Will be online 6 years on Feb 9th 2018"

Running a website and ranking for it takes time. You might be able to rank sooner but it's best to just give your website time to mature and age.

Google will also trust your older website the longer it's been online.

The older your website the better chance at showing up on the first page of googles search results.
