The average lifespan from birth for a woman is around 71 years in the United States.
But that doesn't mean that you're gonna die at 71 as a woman and you can easily live longer than that and well into your 90s and even 100 in some rare cases.
Now with many advances in medicine and lifestyle changes as well as healthy eating and plenty of exercise a woman can live a very long life.
Once you get to 70 though then the extra years are really considered bonus years and I even know a 95 year old woman who is very active and works daily on her farm with her horses and other animals and she loves it and is very fit and active.
She could easily live to 100 or 110 or even sometimes a bit longer.
The key to long life is to eat healthy, get plenty of exercise and stay very active and have a reason to get up and out and do something.
