Abuniverse.com has some really thick diapers if you don't mind the Adult Baby prints on them.

Northshore.com has a thick diaper called the Northshore Supreme Adult Diaper. It's a thick super Absorbent Adult disposable diaper.

The Rearz Adult Baby Disposable diapers are also pretty thick.
