Is A Mobile Home Worth Remodeling?

I found a mobile home on craigslist that needs to be moved and I can get it for $2,000.00

It does need remodeling, the paneling is in bad shape and needs replaced with sheet rock and it needs the plumbing redone where it had a leak.

I have a property about 20 miles from where the mobile home sits now.

How much would it cost to move this mobile home 20 miles?

Should I buy this mobile home and fix it up as a starter home?

If it needs all that remodeling, I wouldn't bother. Mobile homes lose value and are NOT a good investment.

If you're gonna remodel. I would find an old regular house and remodel it. A regular site built home will go up in value most times if you remodel.
