Shipping label created means that the shipper has created a shipping label and has paid for the postage and is getting the package ready to be sent to the USPS or UPS whichever one they're shipping the package through.
When it says accepted by USPS or UPS then it means that the package is in UPS or USPS possession and should be moving through the system shortly.
