Does turning on and off led light bulbs too much decrease there lifepsan?
Is it better to leave an led light bulb on all day if you can and are gonna be
coming back into the room or should you turn them off?

Will switching led light bulbs on and off too much decrease there lifespan and
make them go out sooner?

For me it does. I have a led bulb in my kitchen and I turned it on and off as I left the kitchen and the led bulbs went out within a year.

I started leaving it on for longer periods of time and the bulbs started lasting longer.
