Applied for jobs but not getting interviews?

I'm 21 and since I turned 18 I've been applying for jobs both online and offline and I haven't event gotten a call back or interview for anyone of the jobs?

What am I doing wrong? Why is no one wanting to hire me? I have a high school diploma but still nothing?

I feel like I'm never gonna get a job.

When you applied for the jobs did you make sure you called the company back yourself and show that you're truly interested?

If you call back yourself it shows that you have a real interest in the job and are likely to get hired.

Keep applying and don't give up. Some jobs want the potential employee to have work experience. You can try volunteering to get some work experience if you don't have any work experience.

The volunteer jobs can give your paid job references as well.

You might also try driving your car with uber and earn some money giving people rides.
