To use parcel collect you will receive an email that confirms your package is ready to pick up and then you take your tracking number and photo ID and collect your package.

Parcel collect is a free service where you can select to have your parcel sent to your preferred participating Post Office.

You will be notified via SMS when your parcel is ready to collect during business hours.

You will need to create an account by signing up for Australia Post's MyPost.

Couriers can deliver to parcel lockers such as smart lockers which can accept deliveries from any courier.

USPS parcel lockers can only be used by USPS employees to place parcels in but other parcel lockers can be used by any courier.

Some parcel lockers work by way of a key that is placed into your mailbox and you take the key and open the parcel locker.

Then the key stays in the parcel locker lock and is then retrieved by the postal employee.
