Yes having bowel incontinence could lead to a person becoming urinary incontinent due to the muscles of the intestines and rectum stretching and eventually becoming weak.

The bowel incontinence can affect the nerves that connect to and control your bladder and bladder muscles so if those nerves get damaged by the fecal incontinence then your bladder muscles could become weak which can cause you to have urinary incontinence.

If you do start getting Urinary Incontinence you should speak with a doctor because most times the Urinary incontinence can be reversed.
