Mommy daddy syndrome is when you have attachment issues with your parents.

When you have mommy issues you have psychological problems that you may experience due to insecure attachment with your mother that forms in childhood.

When you have daddy issues the daddy issues come from insecure attachment with your father which start in your childhood.

Daddy issues are more focused on wanting attention from men and unhealthy ways that someone might go to get that attention.

Whereas mommy issues are often more around being cared for in a warm, comforting way.

In women daddy issues tend to manifest as choosing men that are too old and too controlling.

They live their life constantly trying to find that father figure.

They are an endless pit of need for male attention and also tend to be more promiscuous.

In boys mommy issues tend to manifest as dependency and indecisiveness.

Men with mommy issues can experience the following.

Always needing to stay in contact with their mother.
Never wanting anything to do with their mother.
Generally being disrespectful towards women.
Feeling insecure and often suspicious.
Always doubting others' love.
Having a sense of entitlement.
