Foods that are good for constipation and can get you pooping are, pears, yogurt, beans, nuts, berries, figs, nuts, apples, prunes, Spinach, Kiwi and even Popcorn can sometimes get you pooping and relieve constipation.
Drinking coffee can also sometimes help some people get rid of constipation and get them pooping.
Also eat any foods that are high in fiber or even drink some prune juice.
As a last resort you may have to give yourself an enema which can help clean out your bowels.
